At Comfort Inn Emerald, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible:

  1. More than 3 Days Prior to Arrival:
    • If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
    • Cancellations must be made via phone, email, or through our online booking platform to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Less than 3 Days Prior to Arrival:
    • If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.
    • This includes no-shows and early departures.

Refund Process:

    • To be eligible for a refund, guests must cancel their booking in accordance with the time frames mentioned above.
    • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
  2. Processing of Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request.
    • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  3. Non-Refundable Rates:
    • Please be aware that some special rates may be non-refundable. In such cases, this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing the dates or type of room, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request based on availability and our booking policy. Any difference in rates will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of the modification.
