- Reservations and Payments:
- Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in person.
- A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure a reservation.
- Full payment is required upon check-in, along with a valid ID.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the arrival date will incur no charge.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged 100%
- Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12noon
- Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Room Occupancy:
- Maximum room occupancy must be adhered to as per the room type booked.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
- Children and Extra Beds:
- Children of certain ages stay free when using existing beds.
- Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- Pets Policy:
- Not allowed
- Damage and Loss:
- Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use and gambling, are strictly prohibited.
- Loud noise or disturbances to other guests is not permitted.

- The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
